Interpretation

"Weak", "Moderate", and "Strong"

Interpretation of results is the final and crucial step of quantitative colocalization analysis. The table below presents the results of colocalization calculations based on the use of simple linguistic variables, such as "Weak", "Moderate", and "Strong"*. This is the terminology we recommend using to describe your colocalization data:
